We are delighted that, on Friday, Green Pastures completed the house sale in Bensham. The Outreach Housing Team has now received the keys and hopes to welcome the first residents early in the new year.
It is essential to book for the Christmas Masses.

Joe’s Place is now fully open and is appealing for the following food items which can be placed at any time in the container at St Peter’s presbytery back door.
TINS OF MINCE, STEWING STEAK, FRUIT
INSTANT MASHED POTATO, CUSTARD, CRUMBLE MIX
Food donations can be left at Corpus Christi Church Mon, Tues, or Wed from 10am–12pm or St Peter’s presbytery back door at any time in the container provided.
Fresh fruit and vegetables only Sat – Tues. Items required:

LONG LIFE MILK, EGGS
BISCUITS, PASTA SAUCE, FLOUR, RICE
NATIONALITY AND BORDERS BILL
Please take a few minutes this Advent to read the attached statement from the Caritas Social Action Network on the Nationality and Borders Bill currently making its way through Parliament. Practical ways are suggested for us to express our concerns and call for a just asylum system in the UK.

Corpus Christi: Mass will be celebrated on Sunday at 9.15am and Thursday at 10.00am.
St Peter’s: Mass will be celebrated on Sunday at 11.00am and Wednesday at 10.00am. It is essential to book for Sunday at St Peter’s. Phone 07434 646950 on Thursday 3pm-7pm.
