Hello Everyone,
Welcome to our Outreach Weekly News for the Feast of All Saints. This is also the opening weekend of COP26 in Glasgow. St Peter’s Church will be open for a time of personal prayer and reflection this Sunday 31st October 3.00pm-5.00pm. Please come along (for as long or as short a time as you choose) to pray for all world leaders at this time, and especially for those from the richest countries, that they may hear the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor and make courageous decisions.
LISTEN OUT FOR CHURCH BELLS
Cathedrals and churches across the UK have been asked to ring their bells at 6.00pm for 30 minutes on Saturday 30th October as a reminder of the urgency of COP26.
TUESDAY 2nd NOVEMBER is the Feast of All Souls. Our Memorial Mass will be held at Corpus Christi Church at 7pm. If you wish to have anyone entered into our Book of Remembrance, you are invited to email names to deaconmj3@gmail.com or stpetersrcparish@aol.com
CHRISTMAS APPEAL 2021 – please support the Outreach Christmas Appeal. The attachment outlines the project and explains how we can contribute. Once again we have joined our appeal to the LOVE CHRISTMAScampaign which is an ecumenical initiative bringing churches together across the UK to spread the love and joy of Christmas to those in need.
FOOD CO-OP – Food donations can be left at Corpus Christi Church Mon, Tues, or Wed from 10am–12pm or St Peter’s presbytery back door at any time in the container provided.
Please bring fresh fruit and vegetables only on Sat, Sun, Mon and Tues.

Corpus Christi: Mass will be celebrated on Sunday at 9.15am and Thursday at 10.00am.
St Peter’s: Mass will be celebrated on Sunday at 11.00am and Wednesday at 10.00am. It is essential to book for Sunday at St Peter’s. Phone 07434 646950 on Thursday 3pm-7pm.
